In BYU-I's computer lab, I overheard some fellow students discussing brushes in Photoshop. One of them in particular made the assertion that anything is better than using the basic round brush. I had spent countless hours watching Anthony Jones paint with the round brush almost exclusively. The basic round is far from obsolete. In fact, it's the most versatile brush we have. I wanted to prove it by painting this. Every stroke is nothing but the the basic round brush. When it comes to Photoshop brushes, less is more (generally speaking).
